First Hand Experience of Spiritual Abuse Tactics (bE+)

Shortly after I started working for a Christian Bible camp, I got called into the Executive Director’s office. I had always wanted to work with youth in a camp-like setting, so I had basically landed my dream job just weeks before. I was hired to be a Recreational Manager, which included a teaching component during the school year for regional students; a win-win. The location was also a dream–my coveted place to live: a sunny area with mountains and beaches, and some of the best food I’ve ever had. I was on top-of-the-world.
